System transformation requires new attitudes, beliefs and behaviors - in short, a shift in culture. Shared guiding principles will help the community make this shift.

The Early Success Coalition has adopted a set of Guiding Principles for Service Delivery Transformation as a shared platform for change.  Many of these principles are based on the nationally-recognized Strengthening Families logic model.

These principles put children and families in the center of the service delivery process, with service providers as supporters of families’ innate strengths and leadership capacities. The proven results are stronger, more resilient families with sustained abilities to improve their lives – and those of their children.
